Some people say that hair damage can be recovered, but hair follicles cannot. Hair, like hair follicles, has no self-repair function. Hair is already dead cells when it grows out. It depends on the keratin chains that keep it falling out. But the surface of the hair is inherently uneven. The high temperature of the perm damages the surface of the hair, and it is indeed irrecoverable. Conditioner is like the soil that fills the hole. Remove the soil and the hole will still be a hole. Once the hair is damaged, it is impossible to recover.
Before talking about hair care, let’s talk about hair washing first. Who doesn’t know how to wash hair? Isn’t it just squeezing, rubbing and rinsing? There are really some people who don't know how to wash their hair, and there are really many people who don't know how to do it.
1. Pick up a comb (preferably a comb with wide teeth to reduce friction) and comb it to remove the tangled and fallen hair to lift the dust stuck to the scalp.
2. Rinse your hair with water for about 1 minute to wash away some dust. The water temperature should not be higher than 40 degrees.
3. Apply conditioner. Did you think it was time to use shampoo? If your hair is too dry, it is best to use conditioner first, so as to protect the cuticle of the hair and prevent cracking. When using conditioner, be careful to keep it 2 cm away from the scalp, otherwise it will clog the hair follicles and cause hair loss. Do not use conditioner on the hair more than 10 minutes, then rinse with water.
4. Squeeze the shampoo into your hands to make foam. Just like using facial cleanser, wash your hair with foam instead of squeezing it onto your head and rubbing it. This will not only better cleanse grease and dust, but also save you a lot of time. Less shampoo! If you are too lazy to make bubbles with your hands, just buy a bubble bottle. A few dollars will save you a lifetime of convenience.
5. To use conditioner again, wrap your hair in a hot towel for 3 minutes, then rinse.
6. Blow it with a hair dryer. Some people may think that using a hair dryer will damage their hair, but if used correctly, the benefits of using a hair dryer are far greater than drying them naturally!
When blowing your hair, remember to keep the hair dryer farther away, with a smaller windshield and a lower temperature. Blow it with hot air first, then with cold air to close the cuticles. So, stop worrying about this problem and shake your head vigorously and do it naturally.
